In the wake of the recent presidential election, working people’s efforts to organize and build power have become even more essential.  Now is the time to deepen, not ease up on, our multi-racial, multi-generational efforts to demand justice on the job, defend our embattled democracy, and fight for the Common Good.  

Labor Spring 2025 will bring together students, workers, unionists, allies, environmentalists, elected leaders and more to support workers’ organizing efforts in a broad range of events, anchored on college campuses and in the community.  Events will be organized by local committees, crossing institutional silos and ideological divides, and uniting workers and campuses to bolster workplace justice, racial equity, and the public good. Labor Spring held more than 80 events nationwide in both 2023 and 2024.    

We invite you and your allies to join this movement, link up to the national effort, and form a local group to plan an event of your own, such as teach-ins, speakers, conferences, social events, demonstrations, and rallies.  All types of organizations can serve as hosts for Labor Spring events.  The events could be in-person, virtual or hybrid.  They will take place in the Spring semester, from January through May.
