Dorm rooms for the WCSA24 conference are now available to rent in the Woodlands Residential Hall at SUNY Old Westbury. You can rent a room for 1-4 nights, from June 5-8 (checkout on the 9th). All rooms include two twin beds and a shared bathroom. A single costs $104 US/night, or $52 US/night if you’re willing to double up.

You can rent your dorm room through our Member Portal, in addition to getting registered for the conference, renewing your WCSA membership, or joining WCSA for the first time (note: membership is required to register for the on-ground conference). You can also become a new member through our Join WCSA page.

There is no official conference hotel this year, but if you’d like to rent a hotel room near the SUNY Old Westbury campus, check the school’s Directions & Accommodations site for some good options.
