Policy Brief, “Care Work in the Just Transition: Providing for People and Planet”
The Just Transition and Care (JTC) network, a group of researchers emerging from the 10th International Degrowth Conference and the 15th Conference of the European Society for Ecological Economics (ESEE), recently collaborated on the policy brief “Care Work in the Just Transition: Providing for People and Planet.” The researchers’ goal with this brief is to to bring more awareness to “the social and environmental dimensions of care work and to its centrality for satisfying human needs while also protecting the biophysical environment.”
